Quarry Bay

"From Quarry Bay, the streets get more quiet. I like to capture the edge of the city, where urban meets nature. The trail heading up Mount Parker is right along King's Road. A half hour hike gets you to the observation deck, for some amazing views!"

"Peeling off the green scaffolding to reveal another brand new building in the neighbourhood. Under the winter sun, it is like a mirror that reflects the immense density."

@rambler15

There are always interesting encounters along the tram tracks. No matter how often you come here, the Monster Building will always take you by surprise. The solid stacked block is the ultimate reflection of Hong Kong's living density and has become a hotspot for photographic architecture and even Hollywood blockbuster movies.

@kingymak

When night falls, Quarry Bay changes its face. This neighbourhood has had so many lives within one century.The simple stone quarry, transformed into the busy Taikoo dockyard with sugar and Coca-cola factories, and then became a fancy commercial office district. We wonder what will be its next reincarnation?

Favilla Cafe

In Latin, Favilla means "sparkle". Andy and his partners blend specialty coffee, light meals, interior design and horticulture all into one experience, an incessant search for innovation and embracing the surprises along the way.
