Hong Kong Tramways is planning to resume the tram services of the Happy Valley Loop in the morning of 11 October (Sat). 8 tramcars will be dispatched from the Whitty Street Tram Depot to the Happy Valley Loop upon an agreement reached between participants of the public protest and HKT for temporary release of the tram track section in Admiralty. Hong Kong Tramways remains committed to serve the community, and sincerely hopes that normal operation of tram service could resume as soon as possible.
